Commenced his legal career in 2011 straight after graduating from the University of Atmajaya Jakarta with a degree in Criminal Law. He earned his Master in Business Law from University of Gadjah Mada. Joined some company as an in house lawyer.

His vast experience and commercial sensibility have made him trusted advisor to his many client. Bogintha is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia . He is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
