INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
Industrial design in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 31 of 2000. Industrial design is a creation of form, configuration, or line composition or color, or line and color, or a combination in the form of three dimensional or two dimensional that gives the impression of aesthetics and can be realized within three-dimensional or two-dimensional pattern and can be used to produce a products, goods, industrial commodities, or handicrafts. The duration of industrial design protection in Indonesia is 10 years from filing date.
