INTEGRATED CIRCUIT

Integrated circuit in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 32 of 2000. Integrated circuit is a product in the form of finished or semi-finished which have various elements and at least one of these elements are active elements, which are partially or entirely interconnected and formed integrated in a semiconductor material intended for produce electronic function. The duration of integrated circuit protection in Indonesia is 10 years from filing date.
