Nanang Setiawan

Nanang is one of the two founding partners of Rouse’s Indonesian law practice, Suryomurcito & Co.  –where he was the key contact with the Trademark Office. As a highly experienced attorney, he holds the record handling the most number of trademark litigations. He is also specialized in managing the client’s large-scale trademark portfolio –having more than 8,000 trademark records in his name as the representative.

Nanang’s extensive experience in criminal enforcement flows from his familiarity of the criminal system and temperament to navigate the ethically challenged legal framework.

Nanang is an Advocate, a registered IP Attorney and an accredited Plant Varieties Protection Consultant in Indonesia. He is a law graduate from University of Indonesia.
