Patent
Patent in Indonesia is protecting patent and simple patent under Law Number 16 of 2016. The Patent Holders have the exclusive right to carry and to prohibit other parties to use their patented product and/or process without consent. The duration of protection is 20 years for patent and 10 years for simple patent, both are from the filing date.
