TRADE SECRET
Trade secret in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 30 of 2000. The law protects methods in production, processing, sale, and other information in the field of technology and / or business that has economic value and not known by the general public. The owner of Trade Secret has the right to use his own Trade Secret and grant license to or prohibit other parties from using it.
